Hon. Ned Fuller


The judge has been married for over 25 years and has four daughters.  A mormon, he served his mission in Nagoya, Japan.


Judge Fuller holds a B.A. in English from Arizona State University in Tempe, Arizona, and a Juris Doctorate from Brigham Young University Law School in Provo, Utah.  While at BYU Judge Fuller served as Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Law and Education.

Work history:

Fuller has served as the legal bureau chief for the New Mexico Risk Management Division since December 2013 and was previously the director of the New Mexico Workers Compensation Administration.
